Our action packed Google Maps event @ MCG

Our Google Maps event at the Melbourne Cricket Ground went off with a bang starting bright and early at 8am with around 80 people attending. Guests were welcomed with tea and coffee while they talked and mingled taking in the spectacular view of the grounds.

They were many more speakers talking about interesting applications such managing mobile work forces, road closures and event information in Sydney Olympic Park, intelligence for sports and much more. If you are interested in seeing the full list of speakers, click here. If you would like any more information on a specific talk, email us at info@ngis.com.au and we will be more than happy to help you.

The afternoon bootcamp was packed with 21 attendees eager to learn about how to use Google Maps. Vaughn and Jack impressed through their in depth knowledge and application of Google Maps and everyone walked away having got their hands dirty with code.

Overall, a very successful day with plenty of excited conversations afterwords. We hope to do this again! Meanwhile, we will leave you with some photos from the day.
