Every ArcGIS course we run is made up of modules. Each one is a short, focused block of content covering a single topic area. Listed below is every module we teach, grouped by level, so you can see what sits inside each course and where each topic falls in the wider progression.

For private training programs, we begin with the core modules for your team’s level. You then select the modules that reflect the work they do day-to-day, and where the library does not cover something specific to your organisation, we can build content around your own datasets and processes. No two programs look the same.

Example Courses
Every private program is assembled from the modules above, so no two programs need to look the same. The examples below show how modules can be combined for different teams, from a familiar course adjusted for your environment to a program built around a specific industry or field workflow. Use them as a starting point, and we will work with you to shape a program around your team’s skills and the work they do every day.
Example 1: A two-day ArcGIS Pro Foundations program for a team new to ArcGIS Pro whose organisation does not use ArcGIS Online. Based on our most popular public course, the online component is replaced with modules for building web apps and automating everyday tasks.
Core: Projects and Maps, Layers and Symbology, Query Data, Creating a New Map, Creating and Editing Data, Coordinate Systems, Map Production
Elective modules: Making Web Maps with Experience Builder, Automating Workflows with ModelBuilder
Example 2: A two-day intermediate ArcGIS program for a resources sector team who have completed our ArcGIS Pro Foundations course, or hold equivalent experience.
Core: Licensing, ArcGIS Portal, Server and Enterprise Geodatabase, Coordinate Systems
Elective modules: Geodatabase Domains, Data Engineering, Geoprocessing and Data Visualisation for Resources, Working with 3D Data (Extended for Resources), Georeferencing, Automating Workflows with ModelBuilder, Creating Online Web Maps, Automating Workflows with Tasks, Arcade and Python Fundamentals
Example 3: A two-day ArcGIS training program for a team that conducts field surveys and wants to create web maps and applications to support offline mapping and data capture.
Core: Licensing, ArcGIS Portal, Server and Enterprise Geodatabase
Elective modules: Geodatabase Domains, Arcade and Python Fundamentals, Esri Mobile Apps: Field Maps, Esri Mobile Apps: Survey123, Esri Mobile Apps: QuickCapture, Dashboards, Making Web Maps with Experience Builder.
