This one-day course is an introduction to TerraExplorer Pro, a cutting-edge 3D visualisation and analysis platform. It is part of the SkylineGlobe software suite for 3D desktop and web-based applications that provides powerful tools to visualise, query, analyse and present 3D spatial data.
Participants will learn how to visualise 3D vector and raster data in a 3D globe environment, create contour and slope maps, perform analysis on 3D terrain such as viewshed modelling and terrain profiles, and work with 3D models. Learners will also explore how to easily share 3D visualisations by creating fly-through videos with customised flight routes.
This hands-on training has been designed for GIS professionals, analysts, technicians, and anyone interested to explore spatial data analysis within a 3D environment and visualise existing data in a brand new and fun way.
