This course is for experienced ArcGIS Online users ready to create more effective web maps and applications. It suits participants who are already familiar with ArcGIS Online and want to move beyond basic map creation into data management, application design, and user-focused solutions.

Over one day, you will cover data management in ArcGIS Online and Portal, web map design, and the basics of Experience Builder. The course also introduces the wider ArcGIS web application suite, including Dashboards, Survey123, Field Maps, QuickCapture, and StoryMaps, and how to select the right tool for a given use case.

By the end of the course, you will be able to create and manage data for web applications, configure and customise web maps and Experience Builder apps, and design web mapping solutions matched to specific user needs and workflows.

You must have completed the ArcGIS Online Introduction course or have equivalent experience.
