Jimmy moved to the role of GIS Analyst in July 2019 after previously holding the role of Graduate GIS Analyst role. Jimmy has a research background at both The University of Western Australia and Curtin University where he conducted academic research in the area of Natural Resource Management and Tourism Development. The exposure to the use of GIS tools during my research period led Jimmy into completing a postgraduate study and career in GIS.
At NGIS, Jimmy works with a number of government agency and mining company providing geospatial support for Intramaps and across the Esri suite.
Jimmy enjoys working alongside a talented team at NGIS and finds the projects he works on both beneficial for improving his skillset and the community.
