Daphne joined NGIS as a Graduate Developer in early 2021 after completing her studies in Computer Science and Data Science at the University of Western Australia (UWA). During her studies Daphne worked part-time in IT support at BGC. During this time, she also sat on the Coders For Causes Committee—a student-run coding club that develops and delivers web applications to not-for-profit organisations.
Her current role at NGIS involves building, debugging and maintaining web applications for clients. Daphne’s favourite part of working at NGIS is learning from supportive Senior Developers and her peers who help improve her programming and problem solving skills. She also loves the flexibility of working from home!
