Sarah believes that marketing’s role is key to maintaining excellent customer service, strengthening client partnerships and ensuring brand loyalty. She enjoys working closely with the NGIS teams to create digital content that is highly relevant to clients and advocates for the constant improvement of user experience across all NGIS’ brands.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Wollongong and these days she uses her writing skills to create compelling marketing content. Prior to NGIS, Sarah worked as a Marketing and Communications Manager at a London and Singapore-based think tank and as a Marketing and Event’s manager at two heritage establishments, one in the United Kingdom and one in Sydney, Australia.
In 2019, Sarah joined the Curtin University Digital Marketing Advisory Group, an industry board which was created to help shape the future curriculum for marketing at the University, provide mentorship to graduates and share industry knowledge through student workshops.
Although originally from New South Wales, Sarah now calls Western Australia home.
